Commission for Civic Design

 

The purpose of the CCD is to evaluate the historic, architectural value and significance of properties under Town review. The CCD's scope includes: building form and massing; entry articulation; facade materials and colors; roof shapes and materials; windows, doors; building mounted lighting; landscaping.
